In this role, the ideal candidate will play a crucial part in the employee journey, stepping in after hire to focus on orientation, retention and promoting culture.

Key
Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative employee engagement programs aimed at elevating workplace morale and satisfaction.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with department heads to develop initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration.
Develop and conduct orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with company policies, values, and expectations.
Assist in coordinating HR-related events, training sessions, and workshops to promote continuous learning and development.
Serve as a responsive point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
Assist in mediating and resolving employee conflicts, actively contributing to the cultivation of a positive and collaborative work environment.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present the HR portion of the onboarding process.
Collect I9 documentation for validation.
Collect and save all expiring licenses and certifications.
Manage certificates for trainings and CE credits, ensuring compliance.
Distribute important notices, policies, and updates to employees.
Monitor HR-related incoming mail.
Handle Workers Comp and FMLA processes.
Manage employment verifications.
Coordinate Mobile Health appointments.
Facilitate New Hire Verifications, including education, license, and DEA (where applicable).
Be available for face-to-face interactions, welcoming and setting up representatives for open enrollment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, with a distinct focus on employee engagement.
Preferred HR experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am-3pm - plus one spring/summer holiday and one fall/winter holiday for a total of 2 worked holidays.
