General Description and Requirements:
Excellent communication skills; Addressing questions, concerns and complaints regarding hospital care, and the fundamental rights of individuals receiving services at Norristown State Hospital; Providing information and education/resources addressing mental health, mental health services and other issues which impact patients and family members; Developing reports related to complaints and making recommendations based on patients' and families' concerns; Meeting with patients, family members, and other stakeholders in the mental health system on a daily basis; Attending Treatment Team meetings; and Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
Education/Professional Requirements A Degree in a human service in a health care or human services field is required; Ability to demonstrate 3 years of professional experince in a health care/human service field with at least one of those 3 years working in the field of mental health; Experience working on locked unit is desireable Generous Benefit package.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
