Configuration Management Analyst

The Configuration Management Engineer will provide leadership in coordinating multiple software releases, from multiple sources internally and externally, across multiple environments in a dynamic program landscape.

Work collaboratively with application developers, system administrators, project managers, quality assurance personnel, and external partners to effectively manage software releases in a timely and efficient manner.

As a member of the Quality Management team, continue design and develop of a continuous integration environment using quality tools such as JIRA, FishEye, Crucible, Subversion, TeamCity and Nexus.

Job
Responsibilities:

Engage the user community to understand the requirements that must be met in their development environment which may affect the Continuous Integration and Subversion environments.
Build out environments to match the gathered requirements and train end users (see Work collaboratively with above) on the proper usage of such environments.
General supplement to the development / implementation work being done by current team in the areas of SVN/BuildForge/TeamCity/Nexus.
Bug fixing and specific scripting work related to automation of build and continuous integration environment.

Ideal Background
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IS, or Engineering
5
years of relevant experience
Should have previously held title of Configuration Manager, Configuration Management Engineer, Build Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, Release Engineer, or similar.

Required Skills And
Experience:
UNIX - highly proficient; significant experience an absolute must. Scripting in Perl , Python, or UNIX Korn shell to automate data collection and processes related to change management tools.
Administration, setting enterprise policy, and front end usage in the following (or similar) applications
Subversion (Importing and setting up repositories, projects and working with various branching models)
Nexus (Setting up repositories, general administration)
Hudson / TeamCity (Setting up projects, debugging experience with space and license issues)
Basic Java Development - Modifying and manipulating Pom files and using Maven to interact with Nexus to upload generated build artifacts.

Preferred:

Someone who is energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive, and solution driven.
Someone who has worked on large teams, on projects that have different business owners.
Experience working with business and technical staffs to define, document, and track software requirements and design.
Someone who has a strong customer focus.
QA automation; i.e., has automated processes before and is capable of conceptualizing how one might automate a quality testing process.
Administration, setting enterprise policy, and front end usage of the following applications
JIRA - Creating custom workflows, user administration including integration with existing LDAP authentication, Integration with Subversion, Front end usage, Experience with Enterprise level Rollout ).
ClearQuest - Specifically modifying schema, writing Perl Hooks and/or creating record types
Other Atlassian tools - Working experience with tools such as JIRA Agile (formerly GreenHopper), Bamboo, Confluence, FishEye, Crucible.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
