Expo Logic is seeking a fulltime Account Manager to support its continued growth. This position will report to an Account Executive and will play a key role in ensuring our clients' event success. The focus of this position is to serve as the primary liason between the client and internal departments within Expo Logic. Reviewing all aspects of their registration and software needs, from site building through to on-site registration operations. This position will interface directly with Expo Logic's Sales and Marketing, Software Development, IT, Shipping and Logistics Departments. This position requires extensive domestic travel.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Plan, manage and follow up with client from time of contract signing through to the event
Interact with account management team on client related issues on a regular basis
Facilitate complex client requests through the appropriate internal departments
Manage onsite registration and event operations throughout the US, including events over weekends and holidays
Coordinate all hardware and logistics needs in advance of on site registration operations
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years working in a customer focused position
PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Superior planning skills
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
