Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1
year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A summer occupational therapy opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist experienced in school-based settings. This contract position supports an Extended School Year (ESY) program designed to provide specialized therapy services to students over the summer months. Location: Philadelphia, PASchedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Duration: July 6 to August 6, 2026Hours: Four days per week, 6.5 hours per day (26 hours weekly)Onsite position Responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy services to students within the school environment as part of the ESY program Collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student learning and development Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing individualized interventions focused on improving functional skills Documenting progress and maintaining thorough records compliant with school and professional standards
Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license with experience in school-based therapy Knowledge of educational and therapeutic strategies appropriate for ESY programs Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and school staff Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation This role provides the chance to impact students progress during the critical summer period while working in a supportive school setting.
